Nick Brooks is a licensed architect with more than 15 years of experience in the field. He has worked on several prominent Boston projects such as the Trinity Church and the Fort Point Channel Artist’s Lofts. During his career he has contributed to many projects by providing in depth existing construction, historic preservation, and code research and analysis, as well as construction administration. Nick has also cultivated deep knowledge of energy codes and building design impact on energy consumption.
Regarding Dudley Square, Nick is most inspired by the opportunity to be a part of the re-invigoration of the area. “This project represents a very significant investment in the Roxbury community,” says Nick. “I am proud to be a part of it and very eager to see what the community is able to do with the momentum.”
Nick is an associate at Sasaki. He is a member of ASHRAE, NCARB, and the Boston Society of Architects. Nick is a Gordon Engineering Leadership Fellow who completed his undergraduate degree in architecture at the University of Notre Dame and graduate degree in engineering at Northeastern University in Energy Systems.
As part of our “Meet the Team” series, we will periodically feature a different member of our construction team.
